Covent Garden’s prestigious Christopher’s restaurant was the location for a dinner held by Brenda Collins on September 13, in memory of her late husband Trevor’s birthday. Held in the Club Room, guests were all past and present employees of Ernst & Young, Trevor’s former firm. It was a fantastic evening and made £1,350 for the Trevor Collins Foundation.
