Brenda Collins is delighted to announce that the Centre for Cancer Prevention at Queen Mary University of London, part of Barts Hospital, is to embark on a three year research programme. The aim is to establish bowel cancer risk profiles in order to improve the screening techniques within the NHS.

Brenda is ecstatic that this important piece of research will be undertaken at world-class Barts. After her meeting at the hospital, Brenda revealed that The Trevor Collins Foundation is committing £200,000 to fund the entire research over the three years. She says “We are honoured to be exclusively connected with this vital area of medicine and hope that it will assist future patients and their carers get the support and treatment they deserve.”
